Energy Star Savings Most of our entry doors qualify for the ENERGY STAR® program.
ENERGY STAR was created by the U.S. EPA and Department of Energy
to help consumers identify products that save energy and money
and protect the environment.
The ENERGY STAR Program was created by the US Department of Energy
and Environmental Protection Agency to make it easy for consumers
to choose the most energy efficient products. With the help from
ENERGY STAR and NFRC, we are able to accurately compare and show
the benefits of our energy efficient products so that you can make
informed product choices. The energy performance ratings of all
ENERGY STAR qualified doors and windows are independently tested
and certified according to the test procedures established by NFRC.
How
to Qualify for the Tax Credit
- Purchase and
install qualifying products beginning January 1, 2011 through
December 31, 2011. The tax credit is for the cost
of products only - it does not include installation costs.
The tax credit is for the taxpayer's principal residence only.
- The homeowner must have a Manufacturer's Certification Statement
to qualify. This is a signed statement from ProVia Door certifying
that the product or component listed qualifies for the 2011
tax credit. The taxpayer must keep a copy of this certification
statement
and purchase receipts for their records, but does not have
to submit a copy with their tax return.

A
superior product, with inferior installation will leave you dissatisfied.
