Christy's 25 years of executive administrative experience has
enabled her to provide a diverse array of support to the CEO
and President. Christy also oversees the many technological needs
of the company by developing and maintaining processes that allow
Brothers to operate effectively and efficiently to better serve
our 40,000+ strong customer base.
As manager of the DAWGS Division, David oversees multiple facets
of exterior improvement. With 21 years of experience ranging
from custom home construction to sales and installation management
of home improvement products, David is committed to providing
an informed, positive and quality experience for our customer.
For residential homeowners purchasing roofing, siding, gutters,
windows and doors, Joe is responsible for coordinating management,
crews, materials, and scheduling to produce an expedient, efficient
and superior quality job. With training in Electrical Engineering
and Economics from the University of Texas, master certifications
from Certainteed and GAF in shingles, siding and weatherboards,
and project management of custom homes, Joe adds a commitment
to "wow" Brothers' customers.
With over 15 years' experience in human resources, customer
service and risk management, Sharon oversees our corporate office
in Hampstead. Her responsibilities include employee relations,
resource planning, fleet management and sales team support. Sharon
truly takes care of the people who take care of our customers.
As manager of the metal retrofit Commercial Roofing division,
Chuck trains personnel, provides financial projections and organizational
management. Chuck is a Licensed Professional Engineer in 9 states,
with a BS in Civil Engineering from Ohio State University, and
memberships in NRCA, ASCE, RCI, NSPE. With over 35 years of metal
roofing design and construction, installing 25 million square
feet of metal roofs, Chuck is a master at converting flat roofs
that leak into a sloped roof that doesn't.
Brothers' innovative approach to Service remains at the forefront
of the Brothers Way. As a second generation roofer and remodeler,
Mark has brought, in his over ten years at Brothers, an honest,
knowledgeable, friendly attitude to field service management.
Mark keeps the beat for Brothers with his lifetime passion for
music.
Kevin is responsible for cash management, credit and collections,
and managing Brothers' consumer finance program. Kevin has a
B.A. in Accounting from Towson University and has over 30 years
of accounting experience. In addition to Kevin's accounting expertise,
he uses his strong interpersonal skills to listen to customer's
needs and provide effective financial solutions.
