Steve Zwagil

Steve is an owner of Brothers, and currently serves as its President and CFO, overseeing all operations and financial management.

As a CPA, Steve’s background includes successful corporate mergers and acquisitions, accounting and tax management, valuation analysis, business planning, debt and equity financing, and growth and profitability strategies.

During a career spanning four decades, he has been the CFO of successful growth companies, including mortgage banking, IT, staffing, and CPA firms. His experience covers new ventures to mature multi-generation family businesses to publicly held companies.

Steve obtained his MBA from Loyola College and his undergraduate degree in Accounting from the University of Baltimore.
