Residential Sales Consultant

Are you a sales professional with excellent communication and organization skills? If so, we are excited to talk to you about joining our residential sales team.

As a Residential Sales Consultant, your job will be to connect homeowners with the projects and services that will help them live a better life in their home. You will work directly with homeowners to understand their needs, inspect their property, and develop a customized solution for their particular project. Along the way, you will have the support of a deeply experienced team of remodeling project managers and trade experts who will be available to answer questions and help you build a strong proposal.

Do you have:

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • An excellent ability to listen and understand where another person is coming from
  • A strong comfort developing relationships with new people
  • A strong comfort performing a demonstration and delivering a presentation
  • Ability to ask for the purchase and be pleasantly persistent to ensure that a proposal is accepted
  • A strong ability to learn and consistently follow a well-designed sales process
  • Basic computer software skills (Windows, Microsoft Office, Zoom, etc.)
  • Ability to work on multiple clients and projects simultaneously while keeping all of the little details straight
  • A strong desire to learn and grow in a role
  • Construction experience (desirable, but not required)
  • Sales experience (desirable, but not required)
