Throughout her career, she has gained invaluable knowledge from seasoned professionals and continues to expand her skills. She is always eager to learn new software and support others in adapting to new systems.

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Valerie cherishes time spent with family. She is a proud mother of two adult daughters and a loving son-in-law. She and her husband reside in Westminster, MD, where they share their home with their two dogs.
