The couple had a nautical theme in mind for the exterior appearance of their home, and hoped that the interior finish would be functional and stylish. This complete home remodel ended with fabulous results that gave this waterfront home the look and charm the homeowners were seeking.
The exterior was designed and remodeled with Boothbay Blue shake-style plank siding that created the nautical look. With the front door moved and redesigned, the curb appeal was maximized and the home became an eye catcher. The entire interior was remodeled to accommodate the homeowners’ wishes of maximized space and style. Open floor plans, large rooms, the addition of an elevator, and lots of usable space transformed this 30-year-old house into a breathtaking waterfront home.
