John Martindale

John Martindale is Chairman of Brothers Services. He started out on a roofing crew in the 1980s and built Brothers from a single crew into one of Maryland’s leading roofing and remodeling companies, known for quality work and for treating customers like family.

A graduate of Loyola University Maryland’s Sellinger School of Business, John was named a 2015 EY Entrepreneur Of The Year® Maryland award winner and SmartCEO’s CEO of the Year. He was elected to the board of the Better Business Bureau of Greater Maryland, and in 2017 he accepted the BBB’s Torch Award for business ethics on behalf of Brothers. In 2023, he led Brothers into its partnership with Omnia Exterior Solutions.
